Why do people say Eastern European?
Slavic languages have a lot of Z, S, and SH sounds. Czechs, Bulgarians, Serbs, Russians, Polish, etc. have a cadence where they randomly insert S-sounds, Z-sounds, and SH-sounds.
Tenma clearly sounds ESL but not Slavic at all.
Also, Romanian? Albanian? Bruh, Romanian sounds a bit closer to Italian, with a strong rolled R. Nobody knows how Albanian even sounds, so it's extremely hard to recognize somebody from that region.
