I had an outline written out for holo ID 2 hypnosis fic that was meant to be this drama/smut thing about getting into a fight with Reine via the use of hypnosis apps with a convoluted plot about getting revenge on her use of the app on (You).

I thought it was cute. You captured the reminiscent feeling and triggers of a short but powerful experience that can come with spur of the moment attraction.
The part where they exchanged underwear was a chef's kiss kinda touch.
For other feedback I think sentences like: Two years ago, at the Dolphin Hotel, where I first smelled Hoshimachi Suisei’s panties. Is a little much out of the gate I feel. Maybe elude to something else about the comet instead of the straight source? I'd also suggest that if you're going to name of brand of boxers for the anon, you might as well go all in and color them too. Still, nice job overall.

That said, I did color in anon's boxers as blue (though I'll admit that I almost forgot). As for the panties being mentioned that way, that was more of a stylistic choice on my part. But now I see that it could also be jarring for some readers, so I'll keep your suggestion in mind when writing future fics.

Though more seriously I think the 'mind break' ending works much better than the anticlimax it originally had. Like the idea of it wasn't flawed from the start but it was the kind of thing that needs both buildup and a reason to cheer for it happening; you had the first part down with the investigation subplot but Unnamed School Prez-chan just didn't have the 'star power' (being a chuuba) or charm to make it work.
As for the newly added sex, It's not as strong as the earlier fetish scenes but it's still pretty hot.

That was a solid read. I'll start with Pekomama.
I think you may have gone too hard on the whole "sexy seductive confident hag" characterization for her, because I recall Pekora's mum had more genki-energy and seemed more innocent/naive based on the short amount of times she's appeared on stream. You did a good job with setting up her ploy though, and her playful side made sense. In the end I guess her characterization doesn't matter all too much considering she's partly an OC and we have virtually nothing to go on. This might be one of the best uses of a non-chuuba character I've seen in a story here.
Pekora was my favourite part of the chapter. The way she entered the scene, got embarassed and mad, all of it was great. When she said

I immediately heard her voice saying "Tobokenna, teme!", which was funny. It was like she was actually in the story. The dialogue at the end when they're walking away was the delicious cherry on top. Her yukata outfit is also really great, I wish she would use it on stream more often.

While the whole double life thing seems like it's a no brained plot to have with chuubas the closeness it has to crossing the line into being RPF and the impossibility of not having 'real details' kind of muddies the waters so much that it's not really useful for fanfics. Yeah, it's because if you write a completely "fictional" version of the RM that's different from IRL, readers might soon feel that the character is "off" (since they'll still be looking for some aspects of the IRL rm, at least at the subconscious level)
I would have to say that I had more success doing the inverse -- a chuuba who has some aspects of their RM. Like, they're streamers and all that, but once the cameras are off, they're their "normal" selves. This retains the layer of fiction needed keep from crossing into full RM territory, though this also throws anon's original concept out of the window.

Ever since her letter of marque was rescinded, Marine's been...off. It wasn't obvious at first, the years of privateering had been profitable enough that the money quelled worries of the immediate future, but her brightness had dimmed a little. After a few months lazing around in port, and you guys had to go back to being regular old fashioned pirates again, but this time around your Captain was a little different. Her normal somewhat lackadaisical way of leading grew more and more controlling, demanding, and strict. What's more, her standards for what constituted a good target lowered. Man o' War's and Frigates gave way to Sloops and Ketches. Every rumour of treasure, no matter how tenuous or believable was chased and followed to it's end. Rarely was it worth it.

The smart ones bailed early, leaving with nary a word whenever you reached a port again, but (You) stayed either out of loyalty or having nowhere else to go. Before long, it was down to a meagre skeleton crew and Marine only got worse. It was sad, watching the once cheerful woman grow so pathetically desperate for no good reason. But, one day, a rumour of treasure caught her ear in some backwater tavern that turned out to be real. Terrifyingly real.

The tiny island is not on any map, and the chest on it is surrounded by skeletons. Against everyone's better judgment, it's brought aboard. Marine locks it up in the hold, but it's obvious this is the last straw for everyone else. What remains of the crew takes the life rafts and leave in the night without you.

When you awake, the ship is different. It was never this big inside, and the layout is...wrong. Marine's somewhere in the ship, but she's worse than ever, brandishing a pistol and promising 'punishment' for your mutiny. Can you find the treasure and toss it overboard? Will that even do anything? What will happen if Marine gets her hands on (You)?

The second part to A Deal With the Devil is coming along, hovering at just under 7k words. I'm still struggling with where I want to take the story, which seems to be a common problem among a lot of the fics I've been writing lately. I don't think I'll make it an action-adventure like I was partially considering, since I already have a big story like that planned for the distant future which stars Twap.
That leaves me with a story about peaceful Towa fluff with the occasional struggle of having to constantly stay within 5 metres of each other. I'm just clueless as to what kind of events or situations I can write that would be interesting to the reader while developing the relationship. I have an ending in mind, but I can't skip from where I am now to asking Satan for his daughter's hand in marriage.
Maybe I should research interesting things about Earth that you can teach Towa about. One brief scenario I thought of was Towa having to wake you up every time she wants to go to the toilet at night since the beds are more than 5 metres from the bathroom.
