Doubt it. La+ experienced the benefits of Holo firsthand. She could commit some pretty massive yabs, get eviscerated on 2ch, and still end up relatively successful inside the box. She'd have to be an idiot to give that up now (which she is, but even she isn't that dumb to not see everything that has happened).
Mori is even less likely. Her UMG contract is tied to her Hololive personality, and that thing is a gold mine. Why would she give that up for an uncertain future at a new company, especially one without the built-in success?
The only one that's possible is Haachama, and only because she's on a downward spiral of both success and psychology.
It's as Kson says, a company has to offer their talents a good deal to keep them, and VShojo currently cannot offer even the mid tier talents anything that remotely resembles what they already have. It takes a special kind of person to give up a golden goose for "talent freedom", so the best chance that VShojo has of poaching the higher up holo girls is to create a yab on them so big that it forces graduations, while pointing the blame at something else.

She's the holo who understands the market the most and is the most careful with curating her brand, so it's going to be harder to final yab her than any other holo. God knows that the Cover Antis have been trying for months without success.
And even then, if she can keep her model, Suisei actually has the connections to fund her own stuff now. She's not bound by ideology like Kson is, so VShojo would have to offer her some ridiculous incentives for her to agree to sign over a cut of her merch sales. It's not impossible. She was considering it once and Coco had to talk her out of it. And she's at the lowest point of her career at the moment, so it's not out of the question that she'd reach out to Kson at some point.
It's still a maybe since even now, Haachama IS still successful by vtuber standards, so she would still be abandoning a lucrative position for uncertainty. But out of all of the holomems, she's probably the one I can see leaving the most, even if it's still only a light maybe.

They're a management company, not an idol agency.

There's pretty much only pros in comparison actually.

Overall there's not much negative about management in comparison to agencies. I can actually see Haachama leaving Hololive due to her age and not being very into kind of content that Cover wants to make. But also her age and schooling situation makes any big changes pretty complicated so unless KSon will move her fat ass to help with things It will not happen quickly.
Still, that's probably the only Holomem that would really want to jump the ship. Hololive gives its members a lot of opportunities and projects that small, mismanaged mess like VShojo just cannot offer, especially if you consider all the background stuff that currently is in works.
Ask yourself - would you want to be face of big, virtual idol group owning largest VR studio in Japan or make meme reaction videos with KSon?
