biggest problem with Akio and I've said this since months and months ago is recruiting part timers and terms that favor part timers. they just never streamed consistently after the first few months.

I'm not sure Fen would've worked out in any corpo, but she may have stuck it out longer in one like Phase or idol.

Athy was collabing her entire trip to Japan. I don't think it really moved the needle. Arguably because the audiences of her collab partners already know her.
I'll grant you the right collabs (and actually using fucking YouTube redirects) would help, but collabs aren't a silver bullet.
