boring vtuber characteristics

i find that there are so many mind numbingly boring vtubers but i can't seem to pin point what makes them boring. anyone else experience this? is there some agreed perception of indies/small corpos being awful at anything involving zatsudans?
i mean its not like big corpos escape this, i can think of kiara's refridgerator collab being so fucking boring but i can't conceptualize why

Most of them just lack charisma and can't speak loud and clearly with good flow about anything. They also have a pretty hard time keeping to a topic and will just say things to fill the dead air. When they play games they also tend to miss obvious shit because they're not paying attention and are just phoning it in which is very noticeable.
Zatsudans are also shit content and someone who's actually decent at streaming will be able to do the standard zatsu shit while playing a game.
