I guarantee you if Kiara was in Niji she would be 'Zaion' but also the only reason Kiara would never leave hololive is because her number 1 priority is to perform on stage (she even hopes for a sololive concert kek) and release an album which is impossible if she was a Niji.

In the end, I don't mind her being in holo because she seems to be one of the few that is trying to make use of the most that hololive provides as a platform and company. For the same reason I do feel sorry for Selen being in Niji because she would have used Hololive as a platform way more than any of the present ENs and organised branch events/tournaments.

Also it is interesting that Kiara seems to be one of management's and staffs' favourite. Even her current manager refused to give up her role as Kiara's personal manager even though she got promoted. Unfortunately she abandoned Gura and Gura seems to be unhappy with her new managers.
