I feel if Suisei wanted a song with Gura for any concert she would get it before Okayu. She has alot of "Soft Power" in Hololive. In fact the three guests for Connect the World strike me as three of the four holos with the most pull behind the scenes (Sora 1st, Fubuki 2nd, Marine 3rd, and then Suisei) which may be why they get to be the spearhead of JP in this Overseas branch concert.
Also I feel if Marine isn't there to shill UmiSea with Gura and Ina some more she might be doing something with Mori.
