Mikeneko said that she was rather upset because she had actually reached out to Delutaya following Delu's leave from Hololive as an act of sympathy once she noticed that Delu was being flamed. She said that the next time she heard of Delu, it was being told that Delu was spreading rumours about her.
The rumours were as follows
1: hair colour. Do you remember Pink Rushia? There was a rumour spread that, due to the radical difference between green and pink Rushia that Rushia had actually gone over the heads of management and requested the pink hair without permission. Yasuyuki (Rushia's artist) actually had to confirm last May that the request for pink hair actually came from Cover's management, which refuted the rumour
2: Rushia was going to Host Clubs. The funniest thing about this rumour was that it was being spread at a time that Rushia lived out in the countryside and she's explained several times that her physical constitution is too poor to be in a host club, which is permeated by the stench of alcohol.
Apparently the origin of these rumours within Cover was Delu's old manager, with Narukami hearing them from Delu.

I'm sorry that this talk has come late.
Together with the company I was part of, what sort of statement to release and in what sort of form to publicize it in - we've been talking about it for all this while.

During this time period, by me being silent, tons of speculation were born, and with that connected into tons of slander against me.

Within that, the one thing I wanted to correct the most I will talk to everyone first about.
That is, the claim I made "I want to make them all suffer.'' in reference to the members.

First of all, this message was sent on November 14th of 2021, and was not sent on February 11th of 2022. The time and method with which this message was brought to the public, caused some to think that the message was sent after the incident. In truth, that's completely wrong.

Furthermore, more than anything else, "them all" does not refer to the members. Having the days pass by being unable to correct this, was really rough on myself, and caused many people to be hurt.

Even now I hold the members precious to me. I watch the member's livestreams of course, and my love for 3rd gen and bonds haven't been lost. Even now it feels like we were just together till yesterday. That I was resenting the member is completely wrong. I just want to apologize for being a burden.

That I would take revenge on the members, or were resenting them, those statements are all lies. After having caused so much trouble, it might be ill of me to say this, but I still consider all members as my precious friends.

I've been wanting to correct this the whole time. To those who were saddened by me being unable to correct it til now, I apologize. I'm truly sorry. The discussions with the company were underway, and I've finally been able to correct it.
With regards to the company, I wanted, with the name of the company, to be able to release a statement on the matter. With what the company's statement released, with regards to the "such as by publicizing falsehoods to various related parties" there was a mistake in clarity.

It is true that I revealed my LINE messages of my manager to one person. However, this was sent to try to stop that story. Outside of that I did not leak any other information nor say any falsehoods. Furthermore, the information I sent, was not related to the company nor management nor trade secrets, and was not information related to any of the members.

The company's official statement's read rather than what I actually did, as if I did something far greater and that instigated a lot of slander against me. For that purpose, I requested that the company revise their statement. It finally came that the company would not correct the situation with their own statement, but to the very end they continued in the discussions with me. I thank them for that.

If possible, I wanted to release a statement with both myself and the company, but since I wasn't able to receive that level of cooperation it became clear that I would release this statement myself.

There are still things I'm discussing with the company, but there's no bad blood between us. The situation is proceeding with regards to things still left as response to the contract's term.

Up till now, I've received tons of slander against me. What caused this slander to become this large against me, was also my own impulsive decisions. I will not say I had no responsibility.

Simply, I feel that there's something wrong with this world that's so full of slander. Not just me, but there are tons of people suffering from slander against them. Rather than just pointing to past events and mistakes, I think that looking to the future, reaching out to those who've made mistakes is a much more wonderful world.
