Do you lift weights and do cardio? If not, start doing that. If you do that already, you might want to consider clenbuterol or winstrol. Preferably winstrol cuz its not as heavy on the liver as clen. Don't drink alcohol or eat too much protein when you take either tho, just to be safe.

I think my love handles were mostly gone a couple years ago when my weight was at an all time low of 165lbs from doing fast fast pace sweaty factory work for 10 hours a night every night. It was probably all in my head since I grew up a fatty.
I'm hovering around 200lbs~ now that I make machines do my work. I kinda miss getting paid to exercise, but I knew it was killing me and I wouldn't be able to keep that up for many more years. So I moved up!
But holy shit I can feel that working man's bod slowly but surely wilting away.
I need to make time to regain that muscle and trim some fat, the ladies sure seemed to be into it.

Sugar is not the enemy. Sugar gets turned into glucose and ends up in the bloodstream to be used by muscles. Only if it isn't used, it will be stored as fat. Protein and fats are different. Any excess of those will be stored as fat instantly.
Also, carbs and proteins are 4cal/g while fats are 9cal/g. And your central nervous system literally works on sugar. That makes carbs aka sugar the thing you want to focus on and cut on the rest.
