Hakka, yes. Sounds like he's in garage band frontliner.
Never listened enough to others to comment.
Gura isn't special in the typical vtuber produced stuff. She doesn't fit the EDM, anime style of songs, so I don't know why she keeps doing it. She's absolutely amazing in her karaoke. She shines in the low-fi, acoustic stuff. I don't know why she doesn't do more of that. I can only dream that one day she'd do a concert in the studio of just her with her ukulele and an hour-long planned set. There's a lot of mismatch between what she's actually good at and what she chooses to do/is allowed to do.
