There are no good EN vtuber companies.
Only trash corpos and low view shitters with zero marketing.

No EN company has done a proper investment in vtubing. No local 3D, no innovative vtuber tech, only Hololive bootlegs and shitters who act like regular Twitch shitters
Western corpos don't grasp the success of Hololive Japan.

We need a true EN vtuber corpo.
Latest tech high quality avatars, local 3D, professionally managed schedules with game permissions ahead and preventing stream overlaping, regular streaming and no over-streaming like that garbage sweat shop that's NijiEN, a tight leash on talent behavior, no males, hire girls who are entertainers, singers and artists... potential concerts, merch, an own team of editors for shorts and art assets. REAL marketing, not just putting a shitty youtube ad on other vtuber's channels and drop your talent to fall to irrelevancy.

Even HoloEN is a low effort shitshow... the girls don't stream, they have to go to Japan for 3D, male collabs, they have to commission stuff themselves from external shitters like Seafoamboy for 3D and stuff.

Gura proved Vtubing has potential to penetrate into normie territory and investors don't realize there's a potential easy multi million business, Hololive makes tens millions of dollars, Nijisanji CEO net worth is 1 billion, Hololive CEO made it to Forbes...
Vtubing in the west is trash because nobody truly invest beyond paying one avatar and a random shit ad on Youtube.

The fact of the matter is that anime just isn't that successful in the US outside of a cheap novelty.
There hasn't been a successful box office hit in years, convention numbers are dwindling, and the growth of sites like Crunchyroll is happening from other countries.
The only hope for EN vtubing unironically lies in SEA. They're the only region large enough with enough english speakers that actually cares about anime.

Because westerners have more disregard to rule and regulations than japanese, so you have companies using them as buldgeon to get the talent in line when they do something they don't like (while disregarding them themselves when it's convenient) and talents that fell no need to follow them if it confilicts on what they want to do ( disregarding the fact that sometimes there is a very good reason why they exist).
