Holo did a good job of making them actually like and interact with each other. Plus with Aloe leaving, Coco leaving, and Myth becoming so big at the same time it was a wild ride right at the height of the Vtuber boom.

I think that has more to do with people didn't even really know who Aloe was. She was barely getting started when she left, meanwhile Rushia was part of the "biggest gen" and was a big part of that. So while people have over a year of Rushia (and Coco) memories they have basically nothing of Aloe to even remember. Now the chance of any of them returning is basically zero percent.
