"most DnD experience" is heavily relative here and grading on a curve, given that she realistically only done a few sessions ages ago, which compared to the others' zero sessions is functionally the same and if you expected her to be significantly more experienced that's more on you than on her.
Also you're overexaggerating, she didn't try to kill everyone immediately and most of her instances of choosing violence made "sense" insofar as it was against monsters and the talking was done, plus it fits her chosen character lore and she had the best stats for it in the group (just like Ina for example slotted into the role of the designated perceptionist, etc)

The ending (and many other encounters) was a hot mess combatwise/solutionwise. You can't tell me that a sniper bullet deals 1 lethal damage while a throwing knife deals 2, or that a bottle of water and a taser combined together can stagger The Hook while lethal damage can't, or that you can reason with the BBEG through the power of friendship, especially not in WoD. Obviously playing by the book wasn't the point of the campaign and Kiara's combat-focused character lacked options compared to the others, and she was warned once at the beginning that Mori values roleplaying over numbercrunching, but Tiara and Uhu were screwed left and right by unnecessary rolls, bad RNG and Mori punishing Kiara for every single thing while the others could fuck around, ignoring the objective and still getting the end result through GM asspulls.
I liked the campaign, but sometimes I was irate in place of Kiara with the bullshit she had to deal with. No wonder she self-doubted herself after every episode. The amount of hard carrying she did for the vampire-centric episode was unreal and yet she felt inadequate because Mori wouldn't give her the ledger without 3 perception rolls, while it was in a fucking drawer that even a kindergartener can find the object in.

Basically this went as expected for anyone who watched her before and saw how she can struggle with paying attention and absorbing tutorial information from games.
