In those three cases, they probably just want to lay low anyway. The latter two in particular is because their scandal goes beyond vtuber and bleed into discussion of entire doujin market. And since its Cover, they're probably still paid some sort of salary so they won't starve

I think it's a bit obvious how sneaky Nijisanji are but I didn't think they went to these lengths.
I remember when Nina was doing a stream in Russian, got drunk and was praising Coco.
The stream then got taken down and she had to tell everyone "Hey, there's an issue with the stream! It'll be back up soon!"
