Cover deliberately destroyed her vocal cords. Forcing her to record 19 full length albums for 42 hours a day every day for 10 months and then threatening to graduate her if she missed a recording all while also telling her to marathon stream even though she was dying--- was pretty based ngl. Just kidding, fuck them for what they did to her. Her karaoke streams actually hurt to listen to now. Not because she's a bad singer, but because Cover damaged her voice in such a way that you can hear her try to sing how she used to but now fails. It's like watching a pro dancer try to do their signature kick-spin move after their leg got blown off in the war, so they just kick their nub that is only a few inches past their pelvis bone. ;-; sorry. I'm just genuinely mad about that and sad for IRyS.
