Starting from smaller stuff and getting worse forward.
>half of hologra's jokes just pick on shit stereotypes of the talents made by clipfags, eg.: Noel in hologra always has to act retarded. (I still like Hologra, but that's in spite of the scripts, not because of them)
>banned panties from 3D models
>for a tech company, they give little tech support to JP talents and no support at all to non-JP talents
>didn't allow the talents to make donation monetization systems that would give them a bigger cut than youtube SC
>general lack of interest in non-JP talents, they are treated more as a side project than as actual members of the company
>small time controversies seemingly every other week, like some schizo artists claiming more money, a yt channel getting suspended, or a talent breaking all communication out of nowhere
>all quality control responsibility is given to the talents, if they don't take care of any issue themselves, cover won't do anything. This might have been understandable at first but not when they are the biggest vtubing company. Gura's cat model's rigging is just the biggest example in recent times.
>zero attempt at integrating Holostars with Hololive, something which isn't a problem at all for any other vtuber group.
