B is better, if only for the RTX 3080 - the difference between the i9-11900 and the i9-10900 will not be felt significantly in gaming, maybe in video encoding but she'll likely be doing encoding using the GPUs dedicated encoding chip and codec (NVENC).

That said, unless she's gaming in 4K or VR, the difference in performance won't be really that noticeable and both A and B will be enough to last her the next 5 years considering that game PC requirement are tied to console limitations.

What I'm worried is that her previous choice went up in price from 350,000 yen to 500,000 yen; and PC B seems to have gone up from 320,000 yen to 350,000 yen. If she doesn't buy a PC soon enough the price will continue to go up as the crypto-faggots will continue driving the GPU prices up - especially now with Doge, ETH and NFTs growing.

PC B is better largely thanks to the GPU, but PC A will be more than enough for the job and is less expensive. Regardless, she should hurry up and buy it as soon as she can afford before the prices go up again.
