The last Offkai was in June 2022. The only new members we got immediately after that were Kson and Nazuna a month later and it's unlikely Kson was there in person to get ripped off by signing anything, and Nazuna doesn't even speak English so it's unlikely he'd have the knowledge to know she was getting "ripped off" if they were actually speaking to her. So unless he's saying Haruka was there 5 months before debut to get ripped off it's probably not related to VShojo at all.

My feel is that streamers like nyan just kinda gave up on pushing content and making big event stuff and simply want to chill on their stream(this has been the case for a year now, even small indies seem to try harder then her).
She would probably not take much advantage of vshojo so going indie and maybe getting an agency that will give her better rates for sponsors seems to be the plan.
Im also guessing that vshojo is getting a good slash from merch and sponsors so if they(the talent) doesn't use all the perks of vshojo or doesn't care for them. Then leaving is the best choice.
