Hololive is a really good gig for a streamer, there isn't anywhere else to go from there. Even those who don't feel like investing a lot of time into streaming can show up to make a few bucks every now and then. No one is just gonna leave unless there's some extenuating circumstance that makes it preferable to do so.

First two got out of the company within a few weeks of debuting because of their own fuck ups in life.
