Okayu Umamusume 1/2

Okayu mentioned about 2 months ago how she wanted to stream this game whenever Seiun Sky came out, right? Well after all this time, she figured she might as well just do a stream with her beloved Agnes Tachyon anyway, so she set up a frame for this stream. Mere hours later, the Umamusume twitter tweeted out that Seiun Sky would be released the very next day, so Okayu thinks she'll do another stream tomorrow. How much do you think she'll need to pull her? 20k yen? Well, she'll just shoot for the price ceiling then.

Okayu's always skipped this game's story and most of the concerts for the sake of time, but now she thinks she'll take it slowly so she can enjoy it on stream for the first time. Chat warns her that it might be 3-4 hours, and she says that's perfectly fine. Okayu has a blast with it though, cheering for Agnes in the races and concerts; she hardly feels like it took 7 hours at the end!

The thing is, if Okayu tries her best, she can learn the movements for a song. However, and apparently this is a common problem with beginners, she tends to end up moving all over the place, going to far to the left or right when she should be in the middle.

Okayu prays for anything but tissues from the lottery. Of course, she ends up getting tissues, and blaming it on the stream debuff. She makes up for it later though, getting a success from the rare acupuncturist event.

After about 10 seconds the chat column is suddenly flooded with every single listener saying the same tsukkomi. Okayu's amazed, she's pretty sure people who had their phone near their beds as they went to sleep must have gotten up just for that tsukkomi. She didn't do it on person, this is just one of those moments Korosan talks about where Okayu's an even bigger idiot than her.

Okayu accomplished what she set out to do! She raised her first ever A+, though the achievement notification spoiled the crowning moment for her. What's more, this Tachyon has a 3 star stamina trait! Okayu's score for the current event is also revealed to be almost 540k points, meaning she already got the main support card prize back at 400k, and almost exhausted the list of prizes.

Originally she thought she'd talk about it at the beginning of the stream, but thought it might put people in a weird mood for the rest of it all. She wanted to talk about it at the end, but now it's awfully in the morning, but she'll do it anyway. There's a real feeling of loneliness or sadness with all this. Okayu's only ever really had the Reddit Review with Coco, but they both shared meals together at each other's houses. Okayu realizes that this isn't going to change; she can still go out with Coco-chan from here on, and Kanatan can still talk with her all she wants to, but it feels lonely that they won't be communicating/showing it in the same form as they used to. Okayu knows there isn't much she can do, but at the very least she wants to watch Coco-chan having fun streaming until the end. As for making an Okazu joke in her tweet, she insists that she wasn't just trying to mess around. She felt like if she didn't bring it up now, then it would be weird the next time she referenced it. It might have been something that she mostly came up with, but, to her, it's a precious memory of her time with Coco-chan. Still though, Coco-chan was so considerate of her fans and coworkers in her announcement stream; Okayu thinks she's an incredibly kind person. Okayu knows that it's not possible for something like a graduation to leave everybody with a smile on their face, but Okayu thinks Coco would be happy if everybody enjoyed her streams in the time being; or so Okayu thinks, she doesn't know her thoughts for sure.

It's the rainy season, so what should you bring? That's right, an umbrella! Okayu's been really excited to announce this after all this time, and was barely able to keep herself from spoiling it until now.

That's right, the main reason Okayu's been so busy and tired for the past several months has been because of the sololive(Though the cover was part of it too)! She even made those embarrassing tweets yesterday because she was exhausted from practicing all day long. She even cracked open a beer, which she almost never drinks, to relax; it was bitter, but the alcohol helped her get right to sleep. She hopes everybody comes and watches; she worked really hard for this, and doesn't think she'll be able to try her best if you're not all there.

Okayu's not the kind of person who can usually pull an all-nighter. She ends up spacing out and doing weird things, like laying in the kitchen or hallway, or crawling under her desk. Sleep is important, especially for decision-making. She can handle losing some focus when she's hungry, but sleep is something she can't do without. Even Okayu gets more irritable when lacking sleep, though that usually manifests as uneasiness or sadness, rather than anger; people who've watched her game streams know that she's just a big crybaby.

Okayu's headpat strategy really payed off in yesterday's stream; letting her pull 2 Seiun Sky's in the same 10 pull. It was probably just due to the stream buff though, or maybe it was her sucking the luck out of all her fans. She's had that name before you know, Luck Eater, with the ability to siphon luck from the people near her. She used to suck away Subaru's luck all the time.

She's a little scared to watch tomorrow's episode.

Okayu mentions being scared of Lamy's reaction, even though chat thinks she can calm her down with some flirting. Okayu thinks Lamy isn't actually one to manipulate easily. Even more so, Okayu's scared of getting caught between Nene and Lamy again. Ever since the Okato stream, she's thought the two can be quite a handful. She thinks all she'll be able to do is panic in the middle while the two have it out. By comparison, she thinks Korosan, Aqua, and Shion are much easier to handle, Korosan in particular. Okayu just has to make a dumb joke to get her laughing, and she'll call Okayu out on messing around and forgive her. Right, all she has to do is get her going "Kya kya kya kya!". Korosan's just like a baby sometimes. Okayu likes making people laugh as well though. It brings her joy herself, and gets rid of tension.

>Gift to the fans
A superchat comments about this being what Okayu meant when she said she was using her fans' superchat for various things. That's right, she's using them for things like getting the illustration for the new cover, or to get things ready for her sololive. Thank you, everyone. She said it before recently, but she wants to continue using the money she gets from everybody in hopes of making things that will bring her fans joy. Of course, she's also using it to make sure she gets things like food as well, but making people happy is what sounds best to her.

Okayu really doesn't want to talk about money, but it's thanks to everybody that she has the desire to make something good. It's just realistic that if you want to make something good, it's going to take money for the parts of it that you can't do by yourself. Just streaming normally isn't too costly; she just needs her computer and an internet connection for that. Thinks like 3D lives require a little more. If it was just her by herself, Okayu probably wouldn't think about doing something like this, but she wants to show the onigiryaa this side of her too, so please look forward to a week from now.

Management usually does their best to set up the date, camerawork, and other preparations for the live. The money went into things like the intro video that she played earlier, as well as instrumentals for the songs. They don't have the rights for the karaoke instrumentals that they usually sing for utawaku, so it costs money to get instrumentals made for the songs they want to sing. It also sounds like it might cost some additional money depending on the place they decide to hold the live? But it's mostly the other stuff that they have to pay out of pocket for. Did Okayu choose to make the intro video? Of course! Nobody forced her to do that. She wanted to get something stylish made, and hoped it would help hype her fans up. She's glad she did so too, because everybody seems really excited. She thinks all the effort was worth it for this reaction.

Has it really been exactly a year since she got this outfit? That's a complete coincidence, really. Wow, these clothes still feel brand new to her. Has she been washing them? Of course she has! They smell really good!

Because she was starting to think about those kind of things, she had a beer and went right to sleep. Really though, she becomes such a pain when she's tired. She was just sitting in the waiting room alone after rehearsal yesterday, not even having the willpower to get up and go home. She actually wanted to do a member's stream when she got home, but didn't have any energy left by the time she arrived. But it was thanks to everybody's tweets that she was able to make the, "I'm happy, so I'll go home." tweet. Her fans say it's fine for her to ask them to spoil her, but she says she'll feel to embarrassed the next day. Still, maybe she'll ask them for more in the future.
