This is your only decent point. What you need to understand is potentiality. Because Varium is just like hololive, but better, it has the potentiality to become bigger than Hololive. And what's more, quality always beats quantity. Vshojo's quality is trash, but every talent has at least 4 views. However, the low quality of the brand puts a limit on the potential of the company, and so Nazuna is doomed never grow, even shrink after the events these past few days, because she is staying in a trash company. With a high quality company she has the highest potential for growth.
Varium is literally the best company for her to join.

Think for a second. Hololive grew because it was an idol company. Now Hololive is being corrupted with all these side branch whores, Laplus, Matsuri, and Towa. They're collabing more and more with the homostars. All of this is making them lose their competitive edge.
Varium will take that competative edge and they do it better than Hololive. This is the reason they have bigger potential and will surpass Hololive if Mikeneko joins them.
