I don't know what measure of success they're hoping for here. If you check out the websites Cover didn't rent out the entirety of Tokyo Dome City, but only 5 attractions, so the risk isn't that high. The baseball collab with the Giants is mainly to put their names out there to normal people. It's fucking baseball, people are gonna show up no matter what.
The only measurable benchmark is the Hololive tour and Nepolabo concerts. If the reception is positive and sales are good then I'd say the collab is a success. Of course there might be more logistic under the hood but Yagoo took a fairly calculated risk here.
