The situation that started this was only the fault of Chinese antis. No other blame can be placed.
Even Cover's screw ups with not giving Coco chat mods wouldn't have helped. It seems like it came down to prolonged pressure making her decide it was time to go and do it in a good way. Instead of worrying about more hate started for another petty reason and making her come to hate doing what she loved. Now she can take a break, stream freely on her own, and think of what to do next.

All of the messages and actions from the other holos support this. Kanata, rest of 4th gen, Fubuki, and the rest. If there was something fishy with how things were done, they wouldn't still be here.

Yeah, most likely. Hololive has changed her music quite a bit, and it feels slightly different from her roommate songs. While I originally only listened because of brand association, Red is a genuinely good song and the meaning behind it was pretty good. I was thinking this morning, Hololive really is kind of like a bubble. Kiryu Coco the character is gone, but the person behind that character still exists, will still likely be active, and will still live around and have a relationship with the Hololive talents. She's not really going away. Kanata talked about how the hurtful part was that they can't acknowledge any of that anymore because Coco's future self will be outside the Hololive bubble.

That sucks, and I'm not surprised Mori is frustrated by it.
