I only watch JPs from both Hololive and Nijisanji, I don't see that much of a difference honestly, there is a baseline of manners and professionalism set by Japanese society and that's enough.

Management can advice against it... but as we hear a lot of the girls ignore managment.

Yea and No. They probably have some understanding of hololive in terms of being a viewer but not in terms of being a talent.

Why do you think Myth went into detail on how hololive talents don't have any control over their model or default outfit? That talents could only request minor changes and those requests could be completely rejected. How they can modify new outfits but aren't allowed to make any changes to the main outfit. We didn't hear about that for no reason.
That was partly a warning that holoEN does come with a lot of rules that viewers wouldn't know.

I don't like the way Nijisanji zerg rush their livers out with barely any support. Just this year alone they've debuted like what, 30 new people? The new VTA people barely got their feet wet and now there's another wave coming.
Contrast that with how much shilling (probably even undeserved) HoloX has gotten and I think you can tell which one is better for your career. Unless you only want to stream part time without any restriction whatsoever, I think getting into Hololive is better especially if you're serious about becoming a top Vtuber. I don't know what the fuck HoloEN is doing but even the ID seems to get plenty of support for being a side branch.
Vshojo is not even in the same stratosphere as the other two and with a different management style so not sure what OP is talking about.
