This was 2 months ago, shortly after her redebut. I don't know when Camilla started talking shit, but it is old news too. The official reason was that vedal had IRL stuff to do that either came up or he forgot about. That Camilla might be involved was perfectly reasonable to assume at the time, but there isn't anything concrete that would suggest that now. No idea if she said anything after the collab. Like I said, it is best to ignore her.

Them instantly having new personas(/same/) made that even more interesting aside from just the "wow, an entire gen left at once?". I feel like that was actually a pretty good and painless way to handle it since the only real loss to be sad about ended up being the waste of models and needing to get new ones.
