I saw some anon saying that a holomems could marry someone while they are in Hololive as long as they don't talk about him giving the example of some JP holos being married from the start, but is it really possible for everyone ?
Kanata, Marine, Pekora,etc... all confirmed that they will never be in a relationship while they are in Hololive, so an eventual backlash would be excepted if they decide to break their promise and marry someone without graduating. (Kanata would probably get stabbed)

i don't think even in japan it would be legal to not hire someone based off of personal stuff like having partners in private life
whether true or not doesn't really matter because at the end of the day once the stream ends, you have no idea what actually truly goes on out of character
the problem is that while their are people who bait unicorns with "I will never be in a relationship", you have no way of knowing who's genuine and who's not
you can make certain educated guesses based on repeating character traits if they're prone to lie without getting caught or are able at hiding things etc.
but really and truly you will never be able to tell without being a doxxnigger
