Rrat:
Haachama passed away. However, Cover cannot report her death because of their contract. All Cover contracts with talents makes them obligated to protect their talents' identity during the duration of the contract. And even though Haachama is dead, the contract hasn't expired, so they cannot say she's dead, because that'd be a breach of contract.
They cannot fire her, because she's dead.
They can't cease and desist, because that's an awful PR.
They can't graduate her, because graduations require both parties to agree.
What Cover is now doing is waiting for Haachama's contract to expire, so they can release a note that Haachama is no longer part of Cover.
If anyone thinks that's retarded, I recommend recalling all the fucked up jap laws Hololive always sticks by. In general, nobody at Cover knows what the fuck to do right now, so they're stalling as long as they can.

Not having a signature on the card for Haachama when the rest of hololive were involved would have been suspicious. Cover made the galaxy brain move to have A-Chan sign the card instead so they can say that all the cards were signed.

Haato was my first oshii, I got into vtubers thanks to her.
I already watched Ai chan, Mirai and Luna way back but that scene sort of fade into irrlevance, Hololive brought vtubers back into the spotlight.
I loved all her Haachama content and her arcs.
Seriously, I'm gonna miss her.
I hope she has a good life if she ends retiring from streaming. Tho I'd rather she keep on low activity mode like Ayame, stream once every 2 months, show up at events. So we still get merch of her and stuff.
That way she's not completely gone.
