Just finished listening to the karaoke vod and maybe I'm pretty fucking slow for realizing now but she generally doesn't stream when she feels anxious/sick/bad. She said there would be SC reading in the next stream in the Stickmin stream but ends up doing a members only. If it weren't for her feeling comfortable with membershrimps, she probably wouldn't have even streamed at all and would have just taken her break + 1 day. In fact I think her promising to do things (streams mainly) rockets her anxiety to 200% when the time to deliver happens.

I have a rrat in my head that people think im trolling with, but I believe she has some kind of power, like either a monkeys paw effect or a devil deal. perhaps she wished to be loved, but like a monkeys paw it just made people go crazy for her.
she seems to have weak health, has a lot of misfortunes, has "played fate" as in tempted fate to her own advantage (funny moments) multiple times. and she has eluded to the fact that fate is scared of her once.

no, she streams all the time when she doesn't feel like it. it's part of why her manager forces her to put out a weekly schedule. cause if she didn't, the gura probably would stream half as much (that's how depression works)

she just ramps up into it; working her self into entertainment mode. Usually has fun at the end, but if the stream barely makes it to 2 hours and she tries to pad it out with superchats you know she's just not feeling it.

Last night she just wanted to hang out with the membershrimp. she said it herself, she was feeling lonely and stressed because of the deadlines coming up and the work she had to get done. so rather then a superchat reading she just wanted to hang out, do some singing and goof around with her shrimps.

Gura likes singing; to her it's fun. it's not a job to entertain people (like it is for Mori); she genuenly just likes singing and goofing off.

I know gura takes a lot of shit for "low energy/effort" but gura's goal in joining hololive was never to be the biggest vtuber in the world. the way she talks about gardening you know she'd be happy with life without vtubing. she did it so she could hang out with friends (being the blue cat was lonely). She doesn't put in a lot of effort because subs aren't her goal, she's just an awkward nerd with crippling social anxiety who wants friends; and the sad thing is, her sub count definately makes it hard for her to simply hang out as friends.

Hell its the reason why she doesn't hang out with watson as much as she used to. Watson felt sufficated, was afraid she'd be forever known as gura's friend, worse that her subs wouldn't really be for her but because people were fans of gura. Unlike gura who just wants someone to hang out with, Watson actually wants a career as a vtuber. There is nothing wrong with this, and frankly, though i don't really like watson, I can respect her decision because it's very true, something like she feared could have happened.

But it's still sad for Gura.

As for Gura's lack of collabs with JP, she's legit terrified of the language barrier. It's part of why she's put in such an effort to learn Japanese (which has been working, her skill with the language is MUCH better then what it used to be). Personally I think she's too worried to mess up the collab for the JP member which is why she's strictly done collabs with EN members. (I thought it was interesting when chat brought up meme-review with coco, she responded she never even thought about it, and didn't know what the process was to make it happen; maybe she's not a fan, or doesn't watch it? not sure what to make of that one).

I wouldn't mind it if means Gura coming of her shell a bit more and making a new friend, Ame clearly wanted to distance herself at least publicly because she doesn't want to be seen as simply a sidekick, but I can see others not having an issue with that, specially if they are a long time fan. I don't know if its healthy, but it could be entertaining and maybe help Gura become more social.

From what I'm to understand /ggg/'s Vergil cameo was initially rejected by COVER because some discord retards were making one as well. However, upon later review of both clips COVER apparently decided to use /ggg/'s instead. Why? speaking of vr, there was a moment recently where she talks about vr games, then turns around to her room to see if she has enough space (cute btw that she cant figure it out in her head).
but this means that her desk faces outwards from the wall.
in other words, she is looking at a WALL behind her monitors, with her back towards the open room. as opposed to superior setup of back facing the wall, with eyes able to see whole room in your eyeline past the monitors. typical gura to have this kind of weird setup.

anyway, my main point.
it will be possible to sneak up behind gura while she is playing horror games alone in the dark and give her a big scare. what do you think her reaction would be?
