Don't you have to meet a certain quota of streams according to contract? Isn't this shit why Sana had to make the hard choice to graduate? Why aren't these two getting pressured to get in or go home? Who's letting them get away with doing less than the bare fucking minimum?

There are rules, and there are other rules, such as not sacking the most subscribed vtuber in your company

You can get away after you're popular enough to get figures and shit

Have you wondered why the unpopular Holos stream a lot while the popuar ones doesn't as much?
There's your answer, they are above contract because their numbers perform well.

Rushia's case they had no choice.
Breach of contract that could've very well destroyed Hololive entirely.

Ina has an excuse being recording her live over on cover studios in japan. That's why they allow it for her.

Gura has the most subs.

No they probably dropped that around Miko’s health problems.

Gura is on her way to being the face of Hololive, for that they have her busy doing things, soon you will see her in concerts, commercials, sponsorships and other things

Probably need to be apart of Hololive for 2 or 3 years and be relatively popular to get away with barely streaming. As long as they can still push merch and show up to concerts.

I think those rules only exist for the first year.

If they break their NDA than management will fire anyone in hololive. The brand name is more important than any of the talents. That is why if they are having problems with management they have to make vague excuses.

Works exactly like a host club in Japan. The people lower on the pecking order with the lower earnings are expected to do the most work.

Gura is the face of hololive. She doesn't have to stream she's a glorified mascot. Just sit on her ass and start up a stream once in a while to shill merch. Ina is the only other Myth talent who isn't a runt and didn't fall behind the Council flops with viewers and merch. Sana was the runt of holoEN.
