By your opinion, who genuinely loves interacting with their fans, doing various streams, collabing with with collegaues, etc, and who treats vtubing as just a job, they just want their money? Bonus points if you don't mention the pink haired reaper, it's trendy to hate her now, so that would be too lame

I have watched Holo for almost 2 years, I can't say any girl from JP don't love this job. Some of them may burnt out and stream less but they genuinely love it.
Indo: Risu love this job and love /vt/, All other have passion with Vtubing as they already a Vtuber before Holo.
EN: Gura, Ina and Kiara are fans of Hololive, Ame may not have interested at first but she slowly forming bond with her fans and now very enthusiastic about her job. Mori I don't know.

Flare, Fubuki, Subaru, Mio and Sora have all said in very clear language that they love their jobs, colleagues and company and would defend it if they had to.
Honestly I think most of them are grateful about their job. Except maybe Ayame, Shion and calli.

Most of them love the job. The only one with issue is the gen 2 trio, 1 of them treat Hololive as part time job and focus on voice acting, the other two isn't very mentally well in these time.

People young like Shion, Haachama, and I'm not sure if Ayame is young probably wants to experience a normal wageslave job just to see what it's like but they'll probably come back when they realize how awful it is.

Im not sure whats going on with Choco I don't watch her, but she probably has a real job she actually likes or probably one of the holos that are married irl

If I had to guess I'd say Miko is the top in terms of loving her job. She's far happier these days than back before she said the gamer word. Hell, if she didn't REALLY want to be there she'd have left long ago back when she was far and away the least popular Holo getting no views or subscribers.

I wouldn't say quality of relationships. Don't let schizo rrats deceive you. She hasn't fallen out with anyone and doesn't hate anyone she's collabed with behind the scenes. But yes, she does not get enough rest, and most of her effort and A-game goes into the things she does for Hololive off-stream which also doesn't help. That's why I love the ASMR, zatsudan streams. She gets to unwind from her actual work and she's having much more fun than having to work on a stream after already.

I believe Gura was probably extremely stressed out and not enjoying her time the first few months but she's hitting her stride lately, the difference is she had time to sit down and really think about her streams. Mori probably was working out her workflow for song releases and was distracted by her irl job so her streams were the rare times she can destress so they were unironically better for it because she relaxed, and people gave her space because she was so overworked. So when she did start focusing on streams, all of that shit from debut probably caught up with her and here we are now, realizing how she neglected and sidelined her streaming content, which lead to the massive wakeup call with these last three collabs. I'm not worried about her no lt improving, maybe about antis overreacting affecting her, but her last sc reading was reassuring.

Principally though, Mori wants to be the streamer who wants to break out and collab with twitch streamers and ecelebs because she wants to break the whole male collabs are taboo thing, so who knows how will that shake out.

Aqua, going by how sad she was about taking a break, it´s easy to see how much she cares about doing this.
