1. She is the number one western vtuber and has the most subscribers and influence.
2. Her entire work attitude is fine except her lack of communication which has overextended it's stay, it's been 2 years.

Someone mentioned this long ago and I believe it's extremely accurate, see in JP you have people like Shion, Ayame or Aqua that after doing their initial grind then go into a more relaxed and casual schedule BUT, when that happens there's already a new generation to keep the momentum going so only the ones that "love streaming" remind active on a heavy schedule (Pekora, Korone, RBC, Miko, etc)

When you're pregnant your belly starts to get in the way already when you are still at 7-8 months into pregnancy. It becomes painful and uncomfortable after that with the child moving around and consuming more nutrients. It's only natural for a pregnant girl to feel too tired to work (or stream) and to rest more than before. It would explain her low stream frequency and the lack of communication due to guilt. If the child was born, hypothetically some time in the past few weeks when she wasn't much active, then it would explain why she is so busy as she implied in her stick'ed chat message. Of course there's no objective proof to prove anything, there's only events that lead to speculation but she hasn't put any effort into being more transparent about her unannounced breaks and this only goes to add more food to the rrats.
