It doesnt make sense otherwise, a rational person would stream even if they didnt like streaming much due to how much money you get for little work. Gura could stream 1 hour every 2 days and make more than the majority of people in the west.

I want to believe it's this option as opposed to a more cynical outlook. Because she probably doesn't eat much or actual healthy foods at all, she probably lives in filth, and who knows if she exercises much or absorbs vitamins from the sun or just stays inside all day. Whatever it is, I really hope she gets better because she genuinely is a nice presence to tune into.
