I strongly believe she would have left on her own, with or without chinese psychos harassing her and her coworkers. She was already being held back constantly by management and she was very open about it, they never let her go all out because she was just a bit too crass about everything. People behind the scenes still loved her and by all accounts she was nothing short of a super cool lady that got along with just about everyone, but her content and general ideas were constantly being monitored by the company and tampered with. Whether you liked her style of humor or not isn't the point, the point is that she was gonna get fed up with it anyway and leave.
