First few levels of the basement are safe to inhabit, the air is still normal there and the floor is solid.
From B7 onwards the air quality and stability of the floor tiles get worse.
From B12 onwards the air gets so bad you need an oxygen tank and have scuba gear on standby for the occasional floors that is just nothing but water. The water floors get worse water as you go lower.
From B26 onwards the water floors is completely fucked, undrinkable and in some floors toxic. B30 is a sea of acid, no one has gotten past B30.
The normal non-water floors you meet just get shittier air and holes in the ground start to appear more often. We have no idea where the holes lead to.

And of course all the time there is the /become/ folks around.

Only veteran utilitymen such as myself are officially allowed past B30 because our bodies have been accustomed to that level of biohazard, so that's why it is very rare to ever hear of anyone making it beyond the lower levels. You start getting back to ground down at B113, but the air is so toxic that exposed flesh tends to melt on contact with it.
Most of the space in there is reserved for most of the bathroom pipes for the entire building, which should explain the absurd toxicity levels.
The rest of the pipes are a random assortment of pipes that move miscellaneous fluids and gasses around, elf piss, unrefined cunny fumes, etc.. Speaking of which, be extremely careful using the recently installed vending machines. Some retard fucked with the pipes and now the contents are mixed and mislabeled. We're currently dispatching several teams to fix them but you may see an increase of /become/ suggesting things other than wamy water. Be careful
And very rarely, we find a /meat/ and /ringo/ chuuba hybrid. It is not pretty.

And a word of advice, please do not let newfags near the higher areas of the basement, their bodies can't handle it and sometimes they immediately go into anaphylactic shock and die. Their bodies fall on the floors below and it makes repairing damage from the mutated rats (we think they're rats) much harder.

Ok so you take the elevator and hit the buttons 19 + 200 + % + 20 + 21 + -><- (door close) + <--> (door open)

The doors will open. Don't step out, they close on their own again in about 30 seconds to a minute, and then the elevator starts moving. Once you're on the floor you'll immediately meet an intersection, one (left) leads to a hallway with pink doors, the other (right) to a hallway with red doors.
