I think there's two different factors at play here.

#1 : They terminated Oceane for Gen3, to reassure them that their privacy, protection etc. was important to them.
It's very likely that this was THE thing that Gen3 threatened graduation for - as mentioned in the Kawaii statement.
And considering JP corpo autism, they probably asked for definite proof of EVERYTHING that was leaked for paperwork purposes before they made any moves.
Gen3 might have built some resentment with management for this perceived slowness, but from Management and Gen1+2's POV, they basically sacced one of their highest earning members ala Rushia to protect their remaining talents.
They obviously didn't EXPECT much back from the other girls, but...

#2 Gen3 girls left without any fucking explanation of what was wrong with the current way the company was being run.
Gen 1 and 2 have adopted to JP autismo culture over the past two years that they've been inside, and so they perhaps may not be able to see the perspective of zoomer girls whose judgements are heavily clouded by recency bias and need for instant gratification.
They TRIED, so they say, by individually talking with the girls, but none of them really gave any "valid" (in the heads of adults) reason as to why they were leaving.

What's the margin of error for every bar graph? One just cannot post those numbers as absolute.
When I saw it, I am pretty much surprised that Hololive already almost caught up to Nijisanji. If Yagoo is more aggressive this year, Hololive will overtake Niji, taking the lead by at least 3.
