I dropped my holo oshi's membership because I realised I was supporting a company that did not care about my opinions and was taking the EN branch in a direction I was opposed to and they've shown continuous fuck-ups within management and talent content since then and and I consider my choice justified. It's $5, like they care, but it matters to me.

Nene is very cute; she's the only talent in that company worth a damn. I would say wait a little longer. Just hold on and wait l like three more weeks for information to trickle out some more. Nene will notice your cancellation and she will care about it and you will feel bad when you make her sad. The situation is simply lacking too many details. I don't think PK are a black company, just small and very desperate. If something like this happens again though then cancel and jump ship and hope your oshi does too

I think the talents earnestly think that they have some sort of say in the company. Nene is expecially invested. I think the talent recruiter and screener needs to get shitcanned and there needs to be a tighter control on the next gen. I think that maybe releasing two girls every 2-3 months instead of 5 together would help. It would educate the first girls released in what is expected of them, which they could clearly pass on to the ones that follow. Communication was clearly shit between gen 1 and 2 and the third gen. Having people in the same boat who know their roles would go a long way.
