There are 4 real reasons, in no particular order

-meds, she started getting medicated and that shit changes people's personalities, what they want or are willing to do and how they feel, she isn't the same hyperactive unhinged schizo she was anymore and lost her creativity and passion

-college, quite simple, she's more busy and a lot of her time and energy is spent there

-being back in japan, with her family, makes it harder for her to act as unhinged and assume her in character crazy persona which further toned her down

-one of her college friends identified her as haachama and she lost a layer of anonymity that came with being a vtuber, she can no longer be "haachama" without any personal consequences

combine all 4 factors and you have a haachama that is more shy and insecure and will act more mindful and not as risky as before, so her content is toned down and she lost some passion and creativity in the process
that's why she "fell off" and you don't see her do crazy headline grabbing shit anymore and she just pivoted to gaming content which is less embarrassing, takes less creativity, passion or prep time
it's funny that the hags of hololive joked that someday haachama would feel embarrassed over the stuff she was doing but it was ok because she was young
