I don't know that this necessarily exonerates her. If she was a good person who just found herself stuck in a company full of toxic coworkers, she would have either stuck with it and kept her head down or left the company respectfully.
But I don't think there's any situation where doxing her coworkers would be the right thing to do. Them being toxic doesn't make it ok.
Not to mention that if Gen 1 and 2's statements regarding the graduations are to be believed, it may have just been Gen 3 that was the source of toxicity, and Gen 1 and 2 were innocent parties--yet they were also among those doxed by Oceane.

Hana leaving was debatable whether there was any wrong doing or not, but the biggest red flag was the original manager leaving a week before Gen 2 debuted. The CEO tried to make her work more without paying her more. Her workload doubled when it went from Gen 1 to Gen 2 and the CEO should've hired another manager, then she couldn't take it anymore and left and even posted /here/ with proof.
