I wish Ame wasn't so weird about collabing with Nabi and Uto. What is her deal? Plenty of VTubers like Okayu are happy to collab with their artist and sisters. So I don't get Amelia's hesitance, especially considering she collabs aggressively with JP VTubers despite not knowing a word of Japanese.

Most likely out of her control and management is just trying to be careful. It could also be that she's really busy and has other collabs set up. But really who knows? Collabs are pretty hard to set up outside hololive anyways.
