I've been wondering who the fuck would still apply for nijisanji at this point. They've diluted their audience so hard that females in new waves are doomed to be 2 views, and they're begging their viewers to superchat instead of buying merch because of the shit cut.
The 3 views that they've been hiring up to this point have NO reason to join, are they legit going to start hiring people with almost no views?

When I think of FPS esports that’s seriously all that comes to mind, APEX/Valorant/Overwatch 2, which tons of talents already play as it is. If NijiEN has that as the upcoming wave it’s already DOA, the guys will pander to fujos not long after debut just to make a living because that’s what NijiEN’s current audience only wants.

kek, no you can't. There's no way you can do either of those. Brotuberfags are extremely picky on what they even consider a bro and if you do something they slightly dislike, they'll call you a fag and drop you. With BFE if you don't be careful how you approach it you can end up scaring off your potential paypigs and if you're overly flirty with coworkers you could lose even more of them. Shipfags don't donate regardless if it's hetshipping or gay ships.

Holofags just can't realize that AnyColor doesn't need "it" to stick. It costs minimal to keep a VTuber around, and generally most of them are profitable as long as they can reach 3 views.
More livers = more profit to the company, and that's the most important part for a business. They aren't a charity.
That's why as much as Holofags want to brag how their company takes care of their livers, their stock price are way way below AnyColor's and AnyColor will remain the biggest VTuber corpo (which is what sponsors care about)

They aren't. It's literally company policy to just keep spamming this shit and viewers cynically cheer it on. Their most recent JP wave are all 2views despite Ponto being cute as hell. I enjoy a lotta Nijis but it's actively a terrible idea to debut under them.

It used to be singing up with Nijisanji guaranteed you at least 1k viewers. Everyone singing up had that expectation.
Now the expectation is 500, or even less. And they only hire people with large followings anyway, so it will always be a downgrade.

They're probably gonna go through a lot. I'll be surprised if they find people who don't want to go on and on about how gay and lesbian they are. I'm not sure who the people are behind the recruiting, but I've always felt like that after a certain point, the Nijisanji EN recruiters only seem to be targeting specific types of people. The absolute fruitiest, lamest, least interesting people they could possibly find.

And you have to think about how they only hire people who already have a decently sized audience. They're not actually hiring 2views who could potentially benefit from the role, they're only interested in hiring people who are already big enough to sustain themselves. Combine this with how many of the current members exist and how very few of them have their own interesting niche and it's just an oversaturated, fucked up group. Don't get me started on that wack ass gamer wave either. No way in hell that group is debuting without all 6 of them being exclusively into APEX and nothing else.

Nijisanji is supposed to be this thing where there's so many vtubers, anybody could easily find one that suits them. This is fine, but I also feel it's concerning that they've gone through multiple EN waves and I still only feel like watching people from the first couple EN waves.
