what do you need for a debut outside of a model? I am planning on working on a background and new emotes too. Also what should you talk about on a debut outside of your lore/introduction? I have around 3 months to finish everything and it feels like so little time.

You need to start comissioning assets, while those get done, you need to make social media account (at the very least a Twitter), then start networking, gaining followers, joining in vtuber trends, abusing hashtags, once you get all your assets done, you need to do a few test streams, check your video and audio, review every test and see what mistakes you're making to improve on. Then you start teasing your debut, do that for, at the very least, a month. Hype up your debut and spam it on every site, shill it your friends and family if needed, its your special day.
Then, when the day approaches, you'll realize you're not ready yet, there are still things to improve, get a better mic, maybe comission a better model, and you'll delay it. Keep doing that until you feel sure, maybe around 6 months in, you'll be fully ready to debut and take over Twitch.
