Hololive is structured as a "girls high school".
There's going to be a fundamental dynamic shift between a girl who gets married and the rest of the girls.
This is why even former married girls are still in the "in" circle, because there's no "bf" or "husband" to make their "girls' night out"s awkward.
But if a girl gets married, they're no longer part of the "in" group, they have to be concerned about getting home for the husband, they can't do as many offcollabs, they can't hang out off-stream with the girls as much.

There will also be awkwardness in conversations because of this difference in status, some jokes and some topics may no longer be easy to talk about (growing old, baby jokes etc.).
And all in all, they will be severely distanced from the girls, so much so that they might as well graduate at that point.

I would say that, it's possible for the Holo girls to all stream into their 60s', and make a "nursing home" type of environment for when they grow old.
