Lately these days I would see her streams and for some reason she seems to be alway on edge or she's not as happy as she used to be. Then all of a sudden she needs more breaks more often, or she cancel streams for some weird reasons, Im worried for her life. I can't sleep well at night anymore, I feel like her life is in danger, I remember in the Trashtaste podcast she said her roommate goes to an underground rapping club and some assholes there would start shit against her, do you think she's in danger deatbeats? A little scuff is fine and generally not a problem. A little. Mori's issues are consistent and I think the worst thing is they're mostly easily avoidable issues with some preplanning. Not all Mori's scuff comes from tech issues either, think about that shitty Shadowverse collab with Kiara where she didn't even bother learning the game and got her ass handed to her over and over until Kiara gave her a pity win.

Technical scuff that happens every so often is forgivable. Scuff that occurs because of a lack of planning and was easily avoidable indicates she needs to get with the plan and stop trying to wing it every stream.

To elaborate on "Girls scramble" bit - it was a completely new experience for them and the bar was HIGH AS FUCK because JP vtubers don't fuck around. When you're in the same game as a Korone, Pekora or Haachama and others too numerous to mention you can't pretend that someone didn't do it first. And let's be clear, this could've been a disaster. And it's obvious the girls knew it. Just look at Gura's debut and her own reaction to it and what she said, how she didn't sleep for two days and how her adrenaline was pumping through her. She was scared shitless and admitted it, and it becomes very obvious that she's telling the truth once you see her now and then. To paraphrase a bit in her reaction she said something like:

I consider professional to be anything that is of paying standard in whatever industry you're in. Coco makes entertaining content as a content creator and doesn't detract from it by making rookie mistakes like what Mori constantly does. Mori for example doesn't do any technical setup or testing, nor does she bother to research the topics, subject or even who she's going to going to interact with on stream. She also doesn't put any effort into her streams itself. This cumulates into both low quality stream for viewers and wasting time for everyone involved when problems occur at the start of streams. Worst is Mori doesn't even try to improve anything stream related after all these months compared to everyone else including Gura.
The only thing mori brings in is numberfagging music and putting those song in the holo catalogue for other holos to sing in their karaoke.

Mori and her roommate seem like nice people and I wish them the best, but Mori really just isn't the best when it comes to non-musical performance aspects of her job. I wouldn't even go so far as to say she hates what she does or her fans. If she truly hated what she did, I don't think she'd spend so much time online retweeting fan art and comments about her and her Genmates. I think she just needs to actually buckle down and take the criticism she gets to heart and actually work towards improvement. I don't think people will ever stop liking her music if they did before, but if she doesn't learn to improve her actual streaming, she may eventually start to lose steam as far as viewers and donators go.

Anon... While I can’t attest for the people she’s befriended when she joined Hololive. The friends she’s made pre-Hololive and continues to interact with are legitimate friends.
The stories she shared aren’t about Hatman or really anyone you think it might be and actually relate to the animated story she told in Mulan.
A lot of them have and continue to be on good terms with her and she calls upon their skills specifically because she trusts them to deliver.

Mori may be scatterbrained, but I don't think she'd be so stupid as to leave behind a job where she never has to leave home, gets to talk with her HoloEN friends on the daily, has the freedom to make music whenever she wants and gets paid big bucks for pretending to be an anime character for a couple of hours every other day. Short of an actual mental breakdown or serious health reason, there's no good reason for her to quit.

Haachama has no problem doing collabs and always has a bunch of other girls willing to call into her streams for either schizo or anniversary stuff. She is beloved by all.

Meanwhile Mori makes every collab an awkward affair that's legitimately painful to sit through. She always puts forth this tone like she'd rather be doing anything else. She never plays off any of their joking or contributes any of her own to the conversation. 99% of the time its

Maybe this is only a recent thing where she's become so bored and disinterested she doesn't even try to hide it anymore? I'll admit I've only watched a few collabs because they just radiate cringe. Her latest with Kiara and the Coco one are exactly like what I posted, but I remember 6 months ago she had one with Gura that wasn't anywhere near as bad and was at least watchable.

Her solo streams seem alright. She still comes off bland and a little disinterested but not anywhere near how she is in collabs. Maybe she just has autism when interacting with others? I'm not saying she has to be as insanely high energy as Gura or Kiara; playing the straight man to them is fine but she has to at least contribute her own stuff to the conversation, not just repeat back what they say.
