Vedal, the last dev stream was too close to the one before that, people are already worried that when they happen on a weekly basis it'll lose its charm, please space it out.
The Neuro x Neuro collab would've been better had they not latched onto the same 3 topics the entire time and could occasionally read chat for topics to talk about between each other. This probably could've been avoided if you didn't do it last minute.

V*dal will fuck it up. He does everything at the last moment and half asses it. With every stream the limitations of the AI become more apparent. He wears out gimmicks that made Neurosama fresh. It was cool when out of nowhere Neurosama would sing a song, it was a rare event, now he does two or three songs every stream and it's repeats. Instead of being this exciting event it's just something you want to skip.
He is motivated entirely by money. If a stream or a moment does good he will immediately try to milk it. The first dev stream went well so he immediately milks it and does a dev stream after dev stream.
He wastes time working on something like a new voice when the current voice is iconic and there's nothing wrong with it, when he should be working on giving Neuro short and long term memory or fix the filter. There's also a very obvious flaw with how Neuro picks up speech. When you input text she switches ''I'' to ''you'' because she's supposed to read questions. When you ask her ''Do you like carrots?'' the AI reads that as ''Do I like carrots?'' and responds with ''I don't know if you like carrots.'' Neuro constantly says something and then responds to herself as she is picking up her own text to speech. It ends up with constant flip flopping like her saying ''I like you heartheart heart'' and then respond to herself ''but I don't like you heart hear heart'' and ''oh, but I like you heart heart.'' Neuro has no way to distinguish who is talking.

I've personally found it useful for solving problems I can almost do, but would need to spend a long time searching through irrelevant shit to solve, whereas ghatGPT can answer it within seconds. It's not very useful for something you don't understand at all, though. Artists should be using it for references and 'sketches' to save time on those parts before drawing a final product, rather than seething about something that's probably an inevitability in the future.

The difference now is that we're getting closer to the AI that could make decisions on its own, decisions that might affect humans. Before that all we had was basically superpowered calculators that did precisely what was requested of them.
From what I understand, the trick of machine learning is that you don't need to teach it everything by yourself, you just feed it the data and hope it'll give you the desired result. You might have the general idea about how it processes the data and why it gives certain responces, but there isn't really a proper way to debug or foolproof it. You get what you get.
No matter how good the algorithm is, there's always a chance of it not getting it right. Would you want to trust your life to such a thing?
