So for those wondering why Cover stocks been kinda tumbling down just right after they went public, it's because the lockdown terms for theirs are different from Anycolor's.
Anycolor had the standard 180 days lockdown period and Cover also has it, but in addition to that Cover's also have the clause where the initial investors(VCs) could have their lockdown removed immediately once the stock price reached 1.5x the initial price, which was 750 Yen. Considering the opening price was set at 1750 Yen, which exceeded the 1.5x of 750 which is 1125 Yen, initial investors could immediately sell their stocks for quick cash, and sell them they did.
Remember the outright dip phenomenon on Anycolor's right after 180 days passed and the lockdown removed? Yeah that's what basically happening with Cover's on their first day.
