she probably still wanted to do more stuff as a holo, but if she focuses on it further she'd be unable to do things as an artist, so she had to make a choice in the end. as her passions are genuine, i'd understand why it's not something to be happy about when you had to forcibly abandon what you actually enjoy in favor of another, even if the other pick is something you really like as well
she also has said as a holo she wanted to do prove she's more than just an artist before, so you can also see it in an angle of being an experiment that didn't really work out for reasons (mainly cover restrictions)
