Based on recent experiments I have come to the conclusion that it is always a good idea to have some sort of a "special stream" planned and set for a certain date that you can promote. Something that you can always mention to your viewers when ending a stream. Even if it is something as simple as a collab, or a somewhat special themed stream, or maybe even a karaoke. Its good to have something for your viewers to be looking forward to. And the higher viewership on those days is nice too of course.

Personally. I think raiding is ok as long as it appreciably increases a persons audience numbers. I think raiding people with up to double your ccv is a good rule of thumb. If you have 2 ccv i think its ok to raid other people with 1-3 ccv. If you have 10 its probably ok to raid 1-20 ccv.

Most people won't take kindly to having no kayfabe or having your face being known publicly, so I'm not really sure why you're going for advice on here of all places. Anyway, I saw a bit of your debut, skipped forward, audio is okay, I guess. Your model's tracking seems fine, but it looks extremely generic and I get the feeling of a "literally me" avatar, which people will also look down on because they're pretty much a dime a dozen; you could be literally anyone or anything, so why just be a virtual avatar of yourself? On that note, I get the feeling you really don't mind or care much about the actual vtubing aspect, since everything I've felt from your stream felt more like an extremely casual presentation, like you're doing a project for college - because there wasn't anything extraordinary that really stood out to me. Especially near the end, you started talking about stuff that I really didn't care much to listen after that point. On pic related, you seem less like an actual vtuber and more like just a dude who's streaming with a Facebook/Xbox Live avatar.
And as far as your interests go, no one (not even here) likes people talking about politics or even "wokeness" because people use vtubing as a form of escapism from real life issues, so having it be brought up again even as a passing interest will dissuade people from watching your content even more.

What the actual fuck is this model?
Why is her body a literal irl human body with some generic 2000s edgy outfit on. The contrast of the hyperrealistic body with the drawn face is super jarring.
Why is her neck also a part of the human irl neck but stretched so much that it makes the choker turn into a turtleneck.
Why is her faces and ears skin tone that color, it doesn't match the body at all, it looks sickly gray pale, and why is it just one solid flat color, no shading whatsoever.
Why is her hair like that, its like a bunch of anime hairs that have been mangled together, the bans are alright, but the rest of the front piece looks like edward scissorhands did her haircut (well actually I think he was good at that in the movie, wasn't he? My point is, it looks like a "JUST FUCK MY SHIT UP" haircut). And the back piece doesn't even match the rest of the hair, its like bad cheap extensions you get at a low income neighbourhood, its barely even attached to the face.
