What really hurt Sana’s was that dead-air for 10 fucking days. Coco showed exactly how to do it with something every day to maintain the hype and emotions. Sana was doing decent enough until ‘need to take a break until final day to work on some things for final stream’. Whatever work she did didn’t seem all that worthwhile as I don’t remember anything remarkable from that last stream that was worth missing out on a dozen or so streams/collabs.

Saying things like 'she was already thinking about graduating' is like saying you are already planning to kill yourself. Sure, the thought might have crossed your mind at one point or another, but you (unfortunately) haven't actually gone through with it, unless something pushes you over the edge.
Pikamee was going through some hard times and coming off of a month long hiatus. The HL stream was supposed to be a glorious return where she could bask in the positivity of her community while indulging in her nostalgia bait. It was something she was looking forwards too very much.
