Kiaras fatal flaw is her lack of ability to "read the room" as it were. She is aware of what a V-tuber should be doing on paper, but she lacks tact and wit in her attemps to do those things. Some of this can be blamed on english being her second alnguagew, but it comes across when she speaks Japanese as well. She often approaches topics with absolutely 0% subtlety which takes a lot of potential comedy out of the moment as well as smetimes making other participants uncomfortable. That is not to say that these problems aren't way overblown when /vt/ talks about them. A positive spin would be to say she is a straightforward and emotionally honest person, and I'm sure the (very dedicated) crowd she caters to likes the lack of iroic layers to what she's doing, but that crowd would generally tend to be the incels who hang out at reddit.
