If it's going to be a big as the sports festival, then they need to do a lot more clearing and building. Having just a row of shops isn't going to make for an event.

Peko has been very vague and dodgy on what it is, but she did clarify it was Botan's idea and Usaken just kinda took over because Botan is 99.9% a Usaken member.

The current section is just the entrance. There will be a stage, and some sort of battlefield, but that's all it's been said.
Towa did say it was going to be a full holo collab, but i am not sure if that includes EN.

You know damn well that doesn't include EN, hell, last time the only reason ID was invited was because Sora vouched for them by having them as her team.
Now with Moona as part of the "company" they will surely have all the other ID there, but just like with Kiara when Pekoland opened, the EN will not be invited.
And yes, I know that supposedly Pekora invited Kiara, but if you honestly believe that Kiara would have said no to do that, then I have a bridge to sell you.
